WILLIAM BEARD
William Beard is a Litigation Paralegal / Victim Advocate at Gould Grieco & Hensley, bringing a decade of experience working with plaintiff-side law firms and building a strong focus on sexual abuse litigation since 2021. Born in Altadena, California, William began his legal career in 2015 as a case manager at a prestigious personal injury law firm, where he guided clients through the pre-litigation process with care and precision. His work has since centered on advocating for survivors of sexual abuse, navigating the complex legal systems surrounding institutional negligence, and helping clients through some of the most difficult experiences of their lives.
William began his studies at Wenatchee Valley College in Washington State before moving on to Alberta, Canada, where he completed his education and earned a degree in Business Administration. This academic foundation, combined with years of practical litigation experience, has shaped his reputation for strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and steadfast client advocacy.
He played a pivotal role on the team that secured the landmark $4 billion global settlement with the County of Los Angeles on behalf of more than 800 survivors of sexual abuse—one of the largest settlements of its kind in U.S. history. Known for his compassion, perseverance, and ability to connect with clients during their most challenging moments, William is proud to contribute his skills and dedication to GGH’s mission of achieving meaningful justice and lasting results for survivors.
